Royal Home (ROYAL DIGITAL PRINTS LLC) ships within the United States only.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after purchase and a shipping email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping options
- Free Standard Shipping on every order: 5–8 business days.
- Priority Shipping ($5.99): 3–5 business days.
Options and costs are always shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by carrier delays, weather or peak season.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos, and we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
Address changes
We can update your shipping address only before your order ships.
